Job Description

Find potential customers and persuade customers to join membership.

Take them tour the club, consult for facility, equipment, service and membership package that fit them most.

Collect all information about customers’ needs: time, objections or financial problem – to provide them the most proper package and paying method.

Create unique workout plan for your customers by understanding their needs and wants, and work with personal trainers for physical advices.

Create massive rapport with members.

Keep in touch to get info in order to ensure over-expected service.

Follow up and follow through: provide after-sales customer service and build up your referral network.

Job Requirement

Junior level and freshmen are welcome (at least 1 year of sales experience is a plus).
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Good communication and persuasive skill, by both Vietnamese and English.

Result-oriented.

Professional looking.
